Pacman Jones chased by the gambling dept
Adam "Pacman" Jones is in trouble for not repaying to Caesars Palace $ 20,000 in casino markers. The NFL player has been suspended for the 2007 season. In December 2007, Jones leaves the Clark County Regional Justice Centre after a shooting incident at the Minxx strip club, where a man became paralyzed.
Jones has been charged with fraud and theft by the Justice of the Peace Joe Bonaventure on Thursday. "Pacman" has been arrested 6 times since he was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in 2005.

The NLF player, who is just 24 years old, tries to join his team again, that's why he decided to cooperate with Las Vegas authorities in return of a dismissal of his penalty that could have brought him some hard years in prison. Part of deal is also a year of probation, which means 200 hours of community work and also a drug testing. Unfortunately this is not the only one high profile gambling dept in this period.

Another crime of this kind has been committed by the former NBA player Charles Barkley. Jones's lawyer Robert Langford was surprised about the fact that the district attorney was moving forward with the criminal case. He also claims that Jones is not a gambling addict and that he definitely will pay the dept back.
