Crisis at the Seneca Gaming
The Niagara Gazette reported that the Seneca Gaming Corporation had a tough year, because it lost a lot of money. The net income declined more than $ 16 million for the fiscal year ending.

A year ago their incomes were $ 119, 2 million and this year it’s just $ 102, 6 million.
The Corporation explained that already in the first two month of the 2009 fiscal year, it had a decline of 4, 7 % in slot handle and also in table games, which was a 15% decline, that means that in the net revenue, the company lost 5, 2 % when it’s compared to the same period a year ago.

Due to this economic crisis, the company had to dismiss more than 200 employees.
This means that there are new measures and that the company has to implement cost-saving. This is necessary, because like this the company can reduce the expenses and increase in that way its profitability.
